How can I make my payments?

For credit card holders, this means that they no longer have to go without a cover due to a cash flow crunch neither do they have to take the risk of walking around with large amounts of cash. Just walk into our office and within minutes you will have the policy cover.
What do I do in the event of a motor accident?
     
  • In the event of an accident take all the details of the location and the cause of the accident.
  • In all cases of bodily injury, report to the police immediately. 
  • Notify us of the accident as quickly as possible. 
  • Complete a Claim Form and send it to us. 
  • Where the accident has been reported to the police, obtain a police Abstract Report and forward it to us. 
  • Advise us of any Third party claims and forward to us any correspondence received from the Third party unacknowledged
What do I do in the event of a claim?
     It is important that in the event of any occurrence that may give rise to a claim, you should notify Blue Shield Insurance Ltd or your agent / Broker immediately and provide us with full information as soon as possible.
When can the policy be terminated?
     
  • In the event of non-disclosure of material facts by the Insured.
  • If the premiums have not been paid to Blue Shield Insurance.
How do I know when my policy will expire?
     We send a renewal notice to our clients directly or through your agent / broker indicating the renewal premiums and other terms two moths prior to expiry of the policy.
